How does the Clyde car subscription work?
To sum it up in a nutshell: pretty easy.
You simply choose the car that suits you and your lifestyle. You then determine the desired minimum term (3, 6, 12, 24 or 48 months) as well as your monthly mileage package (250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 or 4000 kilometres). Once you have selected your options and completed the purely digital ordering process, your electric car is delivered to your doorstep free of charge – and very fast, within ten days of receipt of payment for your first monthly instalment.
Equally compelling is that your car fits in completely with your circumstances – and that includes where you live. So you get a number plate from your canton of residence.

You can customise your subscription to suit your needs and simply switch to another car model after the minimum term has expired. For those who want to drive a new car more often, we recommend one of the shorter minimum terms of 3 or 6 months. Long-term rentals are also popular. Because the longer your minimum term, the cheaper your monthly subscription price.
Does Clyde really let me charge for free?
Absolutely! If you choose an electric car, charging is included thanks to the charging flat rate for electric cars from Clyde. With the swisscharge charging card, you can charge your car for free at all available charging stations in the swisscharge.ch network in Switzerland and throughout Europe.
You also receive your personal charging card by post to your home at no extra cost. There is no order fee, membership fee or annual fee.
For all Tesla drivers: if you charge your Tesla at a swisscharge.ch charging station, we will of course cover the costs also. Naturally, you can also charge your Tesla via the Tesla app at all Tesla Supercharger stations. However, please note that this is not included in the flat rate and you will have to pay the costs separately yourself.
